How to Shop

  • Each month we release a small, curated collection of pieces all at once — that's a drop. The date and time of each drop are announced on Instagram ahead of time. On drop day, everything goes live at the same time and is available to everyone. Sign up for our newsletter to get a sneak peek before it goes live.

  • We know how disappointing that can be. Because every piece is one of a kind, we aren't able to restock.

    If there's something you'd really like to see again (or see more of) let us know! We'll do our best to bring back something similar, there are so many great things out there!

    Follow along on Instagram and stay on the newsletter so you never miss a drop.

  • Not at this time. All purchases open at the same time on drop day. That said, if pre-purchasing is something you'd love to see, let us know. We're always looking for ways to make the experience better.

  • Yes. Anything that hasn't sold stays up on the site. You can browse everything currently available in the shop anytime.

  • Yes! Sign up for our newsletter and you'll get an early look at each drop before it goes live.

    Note that the newsletter preview is for browsing only. Purchasing opens for everyone at the same time on drop day.

  • We do our best to carefully package and ship orders out of our Portland studio as quickly as possible. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

    Items that require freight are noted upon checkout, and may take a little longer to ship. We’ll be in touch for these items as they require additional coordination.

  • We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Smaller pieces ship via standard parcel; furniture and oversized pieces ship via freight or specialty couriers.

  • Because every piece is vintage, antique, or one of a kind, all sales are final. Each listing includes detailed photos, condition notes, and measurements so you can shop with confidence. If you have questions about a piece before you buy, please reach out. We’d much rather you feel completely sure than surprised.

  • We pack everything as carefully as we know how, but accidents happens. If your piece arrives damaged, please email hello@oneofstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Yes. Most of our pieces are vintage or antique and will carry the natural marks of a life well lived. Small signs of age, wear, or previous use are to be expected, and we think of them as part of the story. Anything noteworthy is photographed and described in the listing.

  • Yes. Email us at hello@oneofstudio.com before purchasing and we’ll arrange it.

Shipping

  • We're based in Portland, Oregon and currently ship within the United States only.

  • We're so sorry. We do our very best to ensure this doesn't happen. But sometimes things happen that are out of our control.

    Please reach out to us at hello@oneofstudio.com as soon as possible and include photos of the item, the box, and the packaging. We'll get back to you promptly to work out a solution.

Returns & Conditions

  • All sales from One of Studio are final. Because every piece is vintage, antique, or one of a kind, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges.

    We put a lot of care into our listings — detailed photos, condition notes, and measurements — so you can shop with confidence.

    If you have any questions about a piece before you buy, please reach out at hello@oneofstudio.com. We'd love to tell you more about a piece.

  • Vintage and antique pieces carry the natural marks of a life well lived, which means small signs of age, wear, or previous use. We see these as part of the character and story of each piece, not flaws.

    Anything we consider notable is called out in the listing. We won't list anything we wouldn't happily use ourselves. When in doubt, please ask us. We'd love to hear from you!

Sourcing & More

  • We're currently building out our sourcing services — but that doesn't mean we're not listening. Send us a note at hello@oneofstudio.com and tell us what you're looking for.

  • We go all over! We visit estate sales, garage sales, antique shops, and second-hand shops in search of unique pieces we love — and hope you will, too. We're currently located in the Pacific Northwest but never hesitate to collect pieces wherever our travels take us.

  • We'd love to hear from you. Whether it's a thought about the shop, a suggestion for how we can do better, or just something you'd like to see more of, send us a note at hello@oneofstudio.com. It all gets read and it all matters to us.
