Every order is hand-packed in the Portland studio with care.

Processing time
Pieces leave the studio as soon as possible. Orders will typically be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Freight items
We will contact you directly for items requiring freight delivery with an estimate for your approval prior to shipping the item.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your piece. Smaller items ship via standard parcel; furniture and oversized pieces ship via freight or specialty couriers.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States.

If something arrives damaged
We pack every order as carefully as possible, but accidents happens. All shipping is insured. If your piece arrives damaged, please email hello@oneofstudio.com as soon as possible with photos of both the packaging and the piece so we can help resolve it.

Local pickup
Available in the Portland area for select pieces by request. Please send us a note.
