This white opaline glass vessel was designed by Danish architect and glass designer Jacob Bang for Kastrup Glas and imported to the United States by Raymor, the influential mid-century distributor known for bringing Scandinavian modern design to American interiors.

Its elongated, sculptural form reflects Bang's refined modernist approach — clean lines, balanced proportions, and an emphasis on material and light. The softly cased opaline glass gives the piece a luminous, almost porcelain-like presence that shifts subtly throughout the day.
