These vintage crystal goblets by Dansk are from the aptly named Neptune collection, with a sculptural conch shell worked into the stem. The clear, simple bowl lets that little bit of drama do all the talking.

Produced from 1986 to 1989, the short-lived pattern is a particularly playful example of Dansk design: beautifully made, functional, and just unexpected enough.

Originally designed as water goblets, but we'd put them to work well beyond the water glass. Wine, spritzes, cocktails, or anything else that calls for a shell at the table.
